      Ms. Mildred Carmon Thomas
      A private graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery in Lebeau, LA, for Ms. Mildred Carmon Thomas, 82, who entered eternal rest, Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Opelousas General Health System.
      Ms. Thomas is survived by five sons, Titus T. Thomas of Houston, TX, Hosea P. Thomas (Bonnie) of Palmetto, LA, Rev. Dwight Thomas (Lucy) of Port Arthur, TX, Rev. Warren Glen Thomas (Willitte) of Lake Charles, LA and Willie Thomas of Houston, TX; two daughters, Sandra Kay Levine of Beaumont, TX and Deborah Guillory (John) of Port Arthur, TX; two brothers, Whitney G. Carmon of Palmetto, LA and Kenneth Carmon (Charlotte) of Richmond, TX; two sisters, Augusta Rideau (Michael) and Betty Rideau (John) both of Palmetto, LA; twelve grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
      Ms. Thomas was preceded in death by her parents, Preston Carmon & Mazel Chambers Carmon; four brothers, Clarence Carmon, John Carmon, Preston Carmon, Jr. and Cecil Carmon; two sisters, Ida Mae Harris and Margie Shaw; a granddaughter, Kristine Thomas and a daughter, Linda Thomas.
