Obituary for Mr. Dennis James Simon Mr. Dennis James Simon Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Lebeau, LA, for Mr. Dennis James Simon, 55, who entered eternal rest, Thursday, October 28, 2021 at Acadiana Rehabilitation in Lafayette, LA. Interment will be in St. John Baptist Church Cemetery in Bolden, LA. Mr. Simon is survived by four brothers, Maurice Simon, Russell Simon, Jessie Simon, Jr. and Donald Andrews all of Palmetto, LA; five sisters, Avis Nevills (Clarence), Barbara Simon, Mercedes Davis, Willie Lou Levier and Wilda Clark all of Palmetto, LA; six Godchildren, Stanley Nevills (Daphanie), Donavon Levier, Al Hayes all of Opelousas, LA, Y-Keisha Andrews, Terry Hills, Jr. both of Palmetto, LA and Johnetta Hayes of Baltimore, MA; a special great niece, Keeia Zachary of Palmetto, LA and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mr. Simon was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie Simon, Sr. & Mary Romar Simon. Visiting hours will be observed from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 3, 2021 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. A Rosary will be recited at 10:30 AM.
